Initiated the Caribbean Spectrum Management Policy Reform Project

Convened the first Internet Governance Forum in the world

Inaugurated First Ministerial Strategic ICT Seminar

Formally expanded mandate to include information and communication Technologies

Opened Membership to non-CARICOM States, the Private Sector and Civil Society

Re-structured the CTU and increased the frequency of statutory meetings.

New course charted for the CTU to ensure relevance in environment of rapid technological innovation that resulted in the convergence of IT and communications technologies.

Initiated dialogue with the Private Sector – in Member States and through Regional Surveys

Designed and implemented Regional Programmes with UN/DHA for Disaster Communications Projects

Designed and implemented Regional Projects with the World Bank, on WTO Implementation
