CTU ICT Week 2025 to Be Held in Kingston, Jamaica: ‘Driving Changes: Connecting Futures’

Kingston, Jamaica — 14th July 2025 – The Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) is proud to announce that CTU ICT Week 2025, the organisation’s signature annual event, will be hosted in Kingston, Jamaica from 29th September to 3rd October 2025. With the theme ‘Driving Changes, Connecting Futures’, this year’s CTU ICT Week promises to be a dynamic platform for regional innovation, policy dialogue and stakeholder engagement.

Over the years, CTU ICT Week has been hosted in several of the CTU’s twenty (20) Member States, offering a unique opportunity to advance regional digital transformation agendas, explore emerging trends in information and communication technologies (ICTs) and strengthen multistakeholder partnerships. The 2025 edition will continue this tradition, bringing together government ministers, regulators, youth leaders, civil society, private sector actors and international partners from across the Caribbean and beyond.

CTU ICT Week 2025 – Jamaica will spotlight critical areas such as digital inclusion, regional policy harmonisation, youth empowerment, women in technology, accessible ICTs for persons with disabilities, and the future of digital economies in the Caribbean. The inaugural CTU Network of Women Leadership Seminar will take place and the Week will also feature the Digital Jamaica – Secondary School Forum, a special initiative to engage and inspire the next generation of Caribbean innovators.

The CTU invites all regional stakeholders and international partners to participate in CTU ICT Week 2025, contribute to its conversations and collaborate on actionable solutions that will shape a more inclusive and connected digital future for the Caribbean.
