The CTU is pleased to announce the proposed establishment of the Caribbean Youth Network which aims to encourage, foster and support greater Caribbean youth involvement and participation in regional and international ICT issues. This initiative aligns with CTU’s mission to promote the development of the Caribbean information society and would have numerous benefits for both the youth participants and the wider Caribbean region.
The Caribbean Youth Network will be a collaborative platform established by the CTU to encourage youth involvement and participation in regional and international ICT and technological issues. The mission of the Caribbean Youth Network is to equip Caribbean youth with the necessary skills, knowledge, and opportunities to become innovative leaders in the digital age.
The Caribbean Youth Network aims to:
- Create a space for youth to connect, collaborate and exchange ideas.
- Empower youth to take a proactive role in shaping the future.
- Amplify the voices of Caribbean youth on key issues affecting them in our region.
- Facilitate skill development, mentorship and leadership opportunities for Caribbean youth.
The CTU invites you to express your interest in being part of the Caribbean Youth ICT Network.
We believe that by working together, we can address the unique challenges and opportunities our region faces.
We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and skills sets, who are interested in creating and executing an action plan to address the priorities faced by regional youth.
With the support of the CTU, you can create a powerful network that empowers Caribbean youth and drives positive change.

La CTU se complace en anunciar la propuesta de creación de la Red de Jóvenes del Caribe, cuyo objetivo es alentar, fomentar y apoyar una mayor implicación y participación de los jóvenes caribeños en cuestiones regionales e internacionales relacionadas con las TIC. Esta iniciativa se alinea con la misión de la CTU de promover el desarrollo de la sociedad de la información caribeña y tendrá numerosos beneficios tanto para los jóvenes participantes como para la región caribeña en general.
La Red de Jóvenes del Caribe será una plataforma de colaboración establecida por la CTU para fomentar la implicación y la participación de los jóvenes en cuestiones tecnológicas y de TIC regionales e internacionales. La misión de la Red de Jóvenes del Caribe es dotar a los jóvenes caribeños de las habilidades, conocimientos y oportunidades necesarios para convertirse en líderes innovadores en la era digital.
La Red de Jóvenes del Caribe tiene por objeto
Crear un espacio para que los jóvenes se conecten, colaboren e intercambien ideas.
Capacitar a los jóvenes para que asuman un papel proactivo en la configuración del futuro.
Amplificar las voces de los jóvenes caribeños sobre cuestiones clave que les afectan en nuestra región.
Facilitar el desarrollo de habilidades, la tutoría y las oportunidades de liderazgo para la juventud caribeña.
La CTU te invita a expresar tu interés en formar parte de la Red Juvenil de TIC del Caribe.
Creemos que trabajando juntos podemos abordar los retos y oportunidades únicos a los que se enfrenta nuestra región.
Damos la bienvenida a personas de todos los orígenes y habilidades, que estén interesadas en crear y ejecutar un plan de acción para abordar las prioridades a las que se enfrenta la juventud regional.
